9. Complete Congregational Record online & submitted to UUA ~Completed.
10. Visit with Compensation Consultant ~ Jim Peterson met with Search Committee as well as Board. He recently submitted his findings for review.
11. Identify Neutral Pulpits ~ This will allow the Committee to observe a candidate giving a sermon. ~Completed.
12. Create Packet for potential Ministerial Candidates ~ Completed!!!!!
13. Develop a budget ~The figures are coming in what it will cost to host candidates and other items. Completed!!!!
14. Getting ready for the ministerial interviews ~ We have a decent amount of ministers interested in our Church. We are getting ready to sort through the impressive list and get ready for the interviews. Very Exciting!!!!
15. Narrow down the list Currently we are in the process of going over the list.
16. Prepare the Church We need to clean up some areas and show off the beautiful building that we have. We need to have this completed by end of January 2008!!!!!!!
17. We have a final candidate We plan to make the announcement at the 3/9/08 Service. Please come. We will be announcing when candidate week will be.
18. Rev. Frank Clarkson will be speaking on Sunday, April 6th @ 10:30am Come and join us!!!!
