Service and Justice

Reaching beyond our walls and serving those in need are core values here. We seek ways to be of use through direct service, and we work to change the world through education, advocacy and action for social justice. We aim to provide many different ways to serve, and invite you to find your place here, so together we can help make ours a better world.

Please visit our Facebook page for the latest news and information on how you can get involved in our service and justice activities or share your own!

What’s happening now:

Donate funds: The Merrimack Valley Interfaith Sanctuary Network offers sanctuary to undocumented immigrants who are at immediate risk of deportation. UUCH is currently sponsoring asylum-seeker Marius as he awaits a work permit that will allow him to stay in the United States. Donations can be made via the MVP website. If you wish to support our sponsorship of Marius specifically, please note this in the special instructions box on the donation form.

Second Sunday Collection

On the Second Sunday of each month during the church year, UUCH donates its collection to an organization doing good work in our community.
