The UU Church of Haverhill is an open and vibrant church serving Haverhill, the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire. We are known for inspiring and openhearted worship, friendly people, and being a force for good in the wider community.
Rooted in the progressive Protestant tradition, we take inspiration from many sources. We are people looking to live deeper lives, and to help heal and bless our world. We are a Welcoming Congregation, which means we fully welcome GBLTQ folks into the church and our leadership. If you are seeking more connection, more meaning, and more purpose in your life, then please visit us!
This Sunday, November 11, at 10:30 am, “Serving with Power,” Rev. Frank Clarkson preaching
On this day when our nation remembers and honors its veterans, we will reflect on the call to serve. Service is often seen as optional, as an extra, but what would change if we understood service as an integral part of why we are here? We’ll explore the power and freedom that comes with sharing what you have to give, with living a life of service. The Haverhill Veterans Day Parade will pass by the church shortly after worship begins, so it would be good to get to church a little early this Sunday!
