Preschool to Elementary

The Preschool through 5th Grade Classroom uses the "Spirit Play" Model, a UU methodology inspired by Montessori philosophy. Their morning will begin with a story, told using tactile elements from a "story basket," followed by a brief discussion. Next comes "work time" where they can select a story basket, craft, or other type of play to engage in, individually or with their friends.

Every few years, we strive to offer both the Kindergarten-1st Grade & 4th-6th Grade Our Whole Lives Comprehensive Sexuality Education Program to young people whose families are interested in enrolling them.
